The game they were working on, Death Inc., has just survived a failed kickstarter. It had been announced just days ago that it was Greenlight approved. A quote from the closure announcement quotes that Ambient ," didn?t manage to make enough money to keep the wolves from the door". Whether bills came up or people they owed money to were threatening lawsuits remains to be seen.
This is sad news everyone, as Death Inc looked to be a very interesting indie title. Anyone who paid into the alpha is told that full refunds are on the way.
