Unreal 2k4 with Chaos UT2: Evolution mod, Chaos Capture the Flag with RPG mod. Not actually possible to beat me there. Why? Plus 300 to starting life, plus 450% damage with all weapons and I fire a Redeemer on death.

Crash Team Racing.
I left that game for years and, when I got it off the PSN store, I could still beat the whole story mode by coming first in every race on my first go.
I'd also pick a twisty track in the hope that pushing all the buttons for power sliding and stuff so fast make his bony fingers fall off.

I'm only taking my ego to the max on this to forget how abysmal I am at modern games like Call of Duty and Halo.
