Footsteps approach you from behind, and a wretched Cackling can be heard, chills of fear and helplessness Launch their way up your spine as your legs refuse to Move. The being is cloaked in a Ghastly darkness, as all that You are able to do is look at the ground and see the being's shadow. After a moment, it speaks

"So tell me, what is your name?"

You wake up in a cold sweat... and you seem to have come to a rather frightful idea about your dream.

Kira has returned.

I have thought about this post, and our clue, there are(as I see it) only 2 options:

1 you suck at spelling
2 the clue lies in the wrongness of the capital letters, you so cunningly set all over your post.

A man enters the room in which you sit, around you, there are several people with the same Confused look... all holding a Cup of Coffee.

The man sits down at the table, and all the Chairs are filled.

"My name is not Jason Aero... but you will Call me that"

he sits down, looking at you and the other people at the table, one at a time.

"You are here because you have, at the very least, some interest in Catching Kira. Because of this, you have been Chosen to be part of the investigation force, hopefully leading to his eventual Capture."

he holds out his hand, revealing a massive file
"This file Contains everything we know about Kira... please look them over"

He plants his fingers on the table, smiling Confidently
"So please... let's talk about Kira"

what makes us so special? the only thing I can think of is that you suspect some, or all, of us could be Kira.

seymour lays the coffe down and takes a small flask out. the other investigators stared at him but he didnt care.

"pfft what makes you think you can capture kira now? do you think you can find him becuase of your nice suits and your fancy degrees? news flash the last investigation had people just like you. we had the worlds most brillant minds trying to find him and they never even figured out how he killed those criminals.

seymour sat in his seat taking large gulps from his flask. he didnt even know why hes here. somtimes he wishes that kira heard about what happened to him. sometimes he wishes kira would kill him. he remebered prison, he remebered seeing some of the prisoners wheeled out on strechers with blankets over them. how he managed to survive for that long is a mystery even to seymour.

"Seymour... was it? What you fail to realize is That people did catch Kira, and They did figure out how he kills... something about a notebook... it's all in That file"

He stands, looking at Nataka and pulling out a pistol, he Then shoots the file out of his hand

"If you're not in our investigation force Then you don't get our information!"

after That, he Turned To The first person That addressed him

"Actually, you're here because I believe That none of you are Kira... only a fool would invite Kira into a force That is Trying To catch him."

"How do we know Kira is back?" question Nate, slipping his cellphone back into his pocket. A flash shows up on his cellphone that you all distern as a green question mark.

"If so how would we be able to find him in the world? I don't think we can balantly disregard the law as L did back in the day...he wasn't justice." calmly stated Nate.

"How were murders of his kind even conducted?" sighed Nate as he pulled his phone out again, "Also why us?"
