This thread is pretty simple - I have been greatly and positively effected through my experience with academic debate and organizations such as Junior Statesmen of America, and was wondering:
If any of you have experience with academic debate or JSA, for those in academic debate what sort of debate do/did you do (I do LD mostly, trying extemp 1st time soon), and what your experience was with it for those who have been or are in academic debate or an organization like JSA. What sort of things do/did you enjoy/dislike about it?
