Decent open-world games ?

Hey, i'm looking for a new (old, whatever) game to fill my open-world craving i played gta 3/vc/sa/iv , saints row and saints row 2, scarface, the godfather, true crime LA and NYC and i'm wondering if i missed some good/decent same-genre games.

Suggestions ?

Yea, thought of that while typing. But it gives you something to play for.
I'd say it's defenitely an open world game, just not a sandbox game.

You have to find the place before you can go there in Oblivion and Fallout 3.
