Decent Zombie Games

I realize that zombies are a tired old topic, but I notice there's not many high quality urban zombie games out there apart from Left 4 Dead. The few zombie games that I have played (resi evil, etc.) are of substandard quality or are years old. Can anyone think of a good zombie game?

Unless Plants versus Zombies counts, the only good one I've played is L4D.

Dead Rising, Left 4 Dead and House of the Dead Overkill are okay I guess. But then I've said it before I'm over zombies and these days I like alien monsters that spawned from a corpse by way of an alien parasite that infects the corpse and mutuates and reshapes it into a hideous monster. In that regards I like Dead Space.
