Decipher This Language!

I was reading a thread in OTD about languages and cultures, so I came up with this game.

The point is for me to post in a foreign language, and the first person to decipher it gets to post the next language of said smart persons choice. This gives us a chance to test our knowledge in foreign languages and expand our vocabulary's.

To start: Ovaj je Hrvatski!

This is probably wrong, but I'm gonna say Latin... can't decipher it though...

Well in that case void my guess, I can identify Latin (sometimes), but can't decipher it.

All right, the best I could come up with is that it is Latin for: To think meanly of me if you wish when To value highly me if you wish you

It seems a bit nonsensical. If I'm right though: Ýòîò áûòü Ñïàðòàêîâåö!

...This game seems destined to die. No-one in their right minds would actually learn these vague languages.

Try a few better known ones first?

Mihi means My. Ut means And. Simply as a set of guesses.

Contemno may be along the same meaning as Condemn, as Diligo may translate to Diligence.

Due to this, I'm guessing it's Latin as many others have.
