Defiance worth 10 bucks?

I was browsing the very very limited PC game section of Wal Mart and I stumbled on Defiance in the bargain bin for $9.99. I could read some reviews, but I'd rather get some feedback from people who have played it and all the "NEW GAME!" has worn off to leave the game itself. Only reason I ask is that you don't usually see a game drop down to 10 USD this quickly. I mean hell even Fable 3 is still 30 bucks and that came out almost years ago.

Catastrophic failure that almost killed the developer. I don't think I've ever seen an MMO drop numbers that quickly.

It's a pretty subpar MMORPG based on a pretty subpar TV series. If you want to waste time with MMO games I'm sure there're better options, even in the free to play department.

Well, it's certainly not as good as Rift (another of Trion's MMOs) and Rift is pretty average as is. I'd say you're better off putting that $10 to something else if you want an MMO fix.
