It's not uncommon. When someone's concentrating on something, they generally don't like to be asked questions. I usually don't look up from what I'm doing and just tell the questioner to f*ck right off.

Yeah, now and again. My Dad's notorious for it - usually when he's driving. My only explanation I can think of is that they're concentrating on driving, and have to prioritise that over answering the question.

I've actually had 24-hour answer lag before. Someone asked me a question that was obscure or slightly dated, and I couldn't think of the answer until it just jumped into my mind a full day later.

She was obviously busy.

At least she doesn't do what my mum does... walking out the room as she's talking to me.

"Yeah, so I said to Mary at work I think I saw you husband in Tesco and he...." and she walks out while still talking to herself.

Asda is a low-price supermarket that we have in the UK. It might be in other places in Europe too, I don't know.

I'm assuming that you're American, so the best way of putting it is by saying that Asda is our equivalent to Wal-Mart.

I know what you mean. I do the same when I'm driving though. What is asda?
Wal-mart owns Adsa, I believe. It's basically the British version of Wal-mart.

Damn, ninja'd!

Sorry to get offended, but I'm no bloody Yankee! I'm from little 'ol New Zealand. We don't even have Wal-Marts here. We write our meesages on sheep and send the sheep to people as a means of communication.

Obviously she didn't answer you right away because she doesn't love or respect you.

or

She was focusing on driving.
