deleted facebook comment?

I left a comment on Bob "Moviebob" Chipman's The Big Picture a while ago (I disagreed with him). I can't find it anywhere now. Can he delete something if it ruffles his feathers? By "ruffle feathers," I kept to the topic, spoke in a reasoned-manner, about why I disagreed with him on several points.

I'll admit, I used foul language. I did try voicing my opinion on, what I also admit to, his well-crafted explanation about what the first amendment does. I was more colorful in my articulation than was necessary, and I will keep this in mind.

I'll also add that Facebook has a built in profanity filter, so you may have just been screened automatically.
