Well, first is Nidoking because Nidoking is the best pokemon ever, hands down.
Then I would have Scyther because he is a FLYING NINJA BUG. Seriously when you see something that mother nature saw fit to give fucking scythes instead of regular manipulative appendages, you know it means business.
Gengar. It is a ghost that can hide in people's shadows. The possibilities are endless.
Charmander is the best starter and would eventually be able to fly so thats good.
Machamp can punch the shit out of just about anything especially conidering it has FOUR ARMS.
aaaaand...snorlax. Mainly so I can just screw with people by using metronome over and over. Fun for all.

Huh, they're all first gen. I didn't do that on purpose.

Also, yes, I realise they don't have a huge amount of utility outside of battle and I don't care. I can't do without any of these.

Well of course that's not the only reason. Gardevoir can also use teleport and has access to Heal Pulse, meaning it can restore any injuries I or my pokemon receive in our adventuring.

Gardevoir was always a mainstay of my teams in Ruby/Sapphire (mainly because of Thunderbolt), and it's apperances in the Anime have almost always been bad-ass. Apparently it can speak English too in that psychic-pokemon-only way, which is a pretty sweet ability.

And I don't really get why everyone keeps going on about the Anthropomorphic depiction. It's not like anyone would want to do anything creepy with Garde-

As to your previous post, Dratini isn't very practical either, hell, most Pokemon wouldn't be very practical in the real world here. Lugia wouldn't even fit in the apartment I currently live in, say nothing about how Pokemon who can effect the weather would wreak havoc on ecosystems. And their diets, good lord their diets would be nigh unsustainable. But you never see a Pokemon eat in-game, either... and the implications made by Pokeballs are pretty disturbing too, have you see how tiny those things can get in the anime?

My team would be the same as my strongest Black and White team.

1. Milotic: for surfing and just sheer awesomeness, I'm sure most here I've figured out from previous Pokemon threads that I love Milotic.

2. Ninetales: it's loyal, beautiful to look at, plus it's a fire type so a good source of heat during the winter. Also I must be extra careful never step or pull on a Ninetales tails.

3. Braviary: for heavy lifting plus it's my favourite flying type.

4. Roserade: just to make my home look better, that and Roserades aren't that big so I can carry it about with me.

5. Hydreigon: for flying, plus nothing says protection like a three headed dragon.

6. The final member of my team is Eelektross but I can't thing of any roles he could fulfill so instead I choose. Growlithe as my 6th, he would make a great pet, plus they're very faithful to their masters.

Glaceon. It is adorable, can move boulders, and make blizzards.
Serperior. It is my favorite starter.
Candelure. Good Source of light and heat.
Audino. It can heal me and other Pokemon if there is no Pokecenter around/in the real world.
Mismagius. It is adorable. That is pretty much it.
Pelliper. It can fly and Surf.
If I could have a Legendary: Giratina. It is the embodiment of antimatter and looks fucking awesome, especially Origin Forme.

But I guess I'd have to say Charizard. I just have a huge love for dragons (Yes even before Skyrim).

I've googled pokemon too many times without safe-search on to be alarmed by anything pokemon-based.
And Machoke kinda works with the maid uniform - granted it's got a muscular build, but the outfit fit's it's body pretty easily. Gallade's got a stranger body shape than Machoke, so the maid uniform doesn't work as well as it should.
Maybe Flygon in a maid uniform will work better for alarm?

Hmmm... true. I suppose I could squeeze Serperior into my team somewhere - probably switch out Stoutland, keep that big ol' puppy dog at home in a Dog House called 'My PC' (Loopholes, away!).
As for the Pokeballs... apparently the pokemon within are also aware of their surroundings, according to the Black/White Manga. They're perfectly fine within the balls though - considering the poke-verse has functional teleportation, instant-healing machines, cross-country transport at incredibly short speeds... the ability to shrink something down and keep it perfectly safe isn't that odd, really.

I rest my case.
