I go there all the time. Mostly /v/ and /co/, sometimes /b/.
It's not for people who are easily offended but if you're like me then you'll like it.
Honestly though /b/ is not 4chan people. The rest of the site isn't so bad.
The only thing I ever encountered that make me feel teh sad was shovel dog. And ive seen a gif of a guy getting his head cut off.

Yeah, I've been there. It really isn't that bad.
To me it seemes like some sort of Meme to hate on 4Chan in forums... which kind of eats its tail if you know what I mean...
I really don't see the appeal of 4chan, but I've been there, and it really isn't that bad. True, your eyes can be burned a couple of times, but as long as you ignore that, it's alright...

I went there a couple of times.
Figured I might as well.
Both times I have gone to /b/, primarily out of curiosity.
The first time I saw little on interest.
There was a weird edit of a cat image that I saw, that creeped me out a little.
Other then that, nothing of any real interest to me.
The second time, I came across something I thought was fantastic, labeled a B'aww thread.
In it, I found several images that I absolutely loved, and which are currently saved to my computer.
For example, there was this.
The original image was higher resolution then that.
I'm not sure if my computer saved it badly, or if photobucket just lowered it.
Either way, still fantastic.
Haven't been since then though.

I go there, mainly /tg/, with occasional forrays into /wg/ for some decent wallpapers.
/tg/ is actually a decent, intelligent board that only rarely gets derailed by porn and trolls. They have a (self-nominated) reputation as the board that 'gets shit done', and tend to actually be entertaining and productive. At the moment, I think they're working on Mass Workshop, a Mass Effect warhammer tabletop conversion incuding full rules and miniatures, and a remix of Magic: The Gathering called Science: The Hypothesis. Plus, y'know, about seventeen different worldbuilding projects and a whole bunch of quest threads.
Of course, when it does get derailed, it has a reputation as being /d/-lite, so hey.

I voted Nope, but I actually have... it just wouldn't load 'cause my internet was choppy and shite. So, yes but no... and not too sure if I ever want to try again.
Yeah. It's OK really. I have there are some decent threads of people helping each other and having a laugh. Its /b/ that gives the place a bad rep with the racism, sexism, and worse stuff.

I only went to see /b/, so i can't talk for the rest of the forum but:
on my first trip the first things were a chubby thread, a dick thread and then my first viewing of goatse.
soo bad experience, lols, havn't been back.
