Pure Capsaicin it rates 15,000,000?16,000,000 on the scoville scale. It is the spiciest substance known to man, and in causes a burning sensation on your skin. If you were to injest it, your breathing would stop, and you would most likely die. Even though not technically an edible food, it is still out there, and it makes everything 5000% more fatal.
