Comedians are often sadder people when not performing. If your friend isn't paying the "clown" to perform, and once alcohol gets involved, it very well could be an unpleasant experience.

Or it could be a lot of fun. I dunno, but that's just something I've heard about comedians/performers.

I'll admit, of all the things you could hire a clown to do (like a store opening, birthday parties, or covering him in fake blood, giving him a plastic knife, and asking him to chase your kids around the backyard for giggles), hiring a clown to just hang out and drink was not something that had ever occurred to me.

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to dress one of your friends up like a clown, and take HIM out drinking? Cause a get the feeling hiring some random guy to follow you around and drink might get a bit awkward.

I've got a better idea: Why don't you ALL dress up like clowns, hit the local bars, and see if any of you can pick up any girls that night. That actually sounds like a riotous night.

You need to specify that you''re living in the great red menace if you're going to post an ad like this.

BEST IDEA EVAR!!!!

Seriously. Kudos, that literally made my day.

My suggestion. Hire one who also is a "little person" for even more hilarity.

So, let me get this straight... All they'd have to do is dress up, put on their makeup, hang out and drink your beer? There's go to be some downside for the clown...

Oh, in Canada? You're probably going to be serving Canadian beer... Right?
