i like the titlescreen idea best.

it needs some fresh things in brtween though...to stop it from being too repetitive.

if i were to see it in a store i would definitly consider it.

An interesting idea to be certain. As long as it focuses mainly on the tactical prospect of the assassin's job, I think it would be pretty good. Be careful about spreading your ideas, though. You never know who would proposition them to developers in your place.

Well if its sandbox then we need some side quests preferably. And someway of rewarding the player for doing unique and interesting methods of killing.

Yeah because then it'd encourage the player to do it every time. Plus if it's just achievements then those players who actively don't like achievements will avoid it.

Also I'm thinking the player should get rewarded if they keep to certain things, which aren't vital to the mission just bonuses.

E.g extra money if the targets wife/family/husband isn't harmed. Or made to look like an accident

It reminds me of the sniper flash games. I like the idea as a general i guess if it was expanded a bit more. I liek the whole sandbox city to find a good sniping location idea.

No, open worlds are so overused and the cities are usually boring and repetitive (GTA4), and the side missions end up the same. I'd just make it linear, or make each level take place in a set environment, like Hitman.

Good idea man, trying to think of other methods of killing people.
Maybe, you could set people up, like arrange for people to be in the wrong place at the right time sorta thing.
Or even maybe have a free running escape section if the s**t hits the fan? Abit like Mirrors edge. That'd be cool...

Honestly, I'd love to see more Mirror's Edge Parkour in other FPS Games as well. It gives the whole gameplay a lot of dynamic movement instead of the stale old circle strafing.
