Me knowing about this meme is a result of NoMoreSanity telling me not to go to encyclopedia dramatica. I am scarred, I really am.

Only cake meme I know about is Portal, im sure if it was just a cake thread there wouldn't have been portal referance that quickly. But the words meme and cake people put the two together to make a portal referance.

This is an older cake meme than the Portal one.
It's about how the cake is delicious and you must eat it.

It started with an hentai image being photoshopped to make it look like the girl was eating and... well... heavily responding to very delicious cake.
I think the meme died out because of the Portal meme.

It also used to be a set-up for an image where there was a wall between you and a piece of cake and you'd have to draw on top of the image to show how you would solve the problem and find the cake.
