Isn't that what all tech supports do?
- Tell costumer to do the troubleshoot again.
- Give number and tell them to contact the tech support again if that doesn't solve the problem.

A poorly written Email, for a large multinational company.

"I have owned this case". What? Case as in the problem doesn't make sense. Do they mean a protective shell of sorts?

"It's pleasure assisting you".
It's A pleasure. Grammar!

[/pedantic rant]

look this is tech support we are talking about, at least he helped out, the grammar can come later.... small steps at a time.

If you start making tech support take grammar lessons it will eat into all that time they have to not help us out.

Apple. Ah, how I love thee.

I was experiencing trouble with the latest iTunes, so I went looking for help, and stumbled across their chat help. It was an odd experience (a real time chat with a person simply named 'Monica') but a helpful one, and it worked!

It was just a bit dull. I was convinced she was a robot, but then she misspelled McAffe (note the single 'e'!) and I knew she wasn't just a bot.

True, at least they replied. Although I still personally believe it's just a few thousand monkeys with spare time.

You're huhh....impressed that they answered ?

What kind of tech support are you used to ? where i work we actually HAVE to work (call-back,e-mails back, answer the phone etc...)

Isn't that the norm ?
