DELL Upgrade advice

Been thinking of upgrading my DELL, but I'm still not sure what with.

Current specs are;
DELL Inspiron 620
AMD RAEDEON HD 6450
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2310
CPU @ 2.90 GHz
4.00 GB RAM
64-Bit Operating System

I'm mainly interested in increasing performance speed when playing some of the higher-end games that have been coming out recently, not so concerned with making them look pretty.
Should I be focused with upgrading my RAM, and what with?

Your RAM is ok for gaming, what is lacking is your graphics card. Depending on your budget, consider a GTX 650 or a 650ti. The problem with these pre-made systems is the weak power supply unit which is usually 300watts. If that's the case with your own system, you really should consider a 500w one.

Thanks, I think I'll pick the 650ti, but in accordance with the reviews on Amazon, I should probably make sure I have the space for it...

Why? Lengthwise it's about the same size as your 6450. If I were you I'd worry about the wattage..
