Well, What I have been waiting for is out soon! I attempted to ship it from America but it took 2 months until they told me it aint happening. Got my money back and now im getting a better version of it! Anyone else in Europe getting it?

I have the US version, got it last year, part of me regrets this since the EU version offers an awesome package. The official guide alone makes it a must-buy.

Being a US-ian, I have to say I am really jealous. You EU guys have a MUCH cooler boxart, and we didn't get a guide except on pre-orders. I was stuck using the internet (the people that ran the site I used were the ones that made your strategy guide).
Here is a tip from someone who spent too much time playing the game:

Heavies only work on plathrough #1. In playthrough #2, the enemies get a lot stronger and break your guard easier. Be a good dodger and things will work better for you. Your first playthrough is pretty much just practice for the real deal which starts on your 2nd time through.

I was fortunate enough to have Demon's Souls long ago by buying a Canadian copy, as PS3's are region free.
It is however bloody hard and it took me many hours to work out i could shoot the dragon down with arrows, which also took a long time as i'm a melee-centric character with zero points in anything ranged.
I would encourage all EU folk who are hyped about getting the game to reconsider. It does hate you and it will punish you for so much as playing it. I can't even count the amount of times i've been killed at a boss or stupidly hard part of the game and lost thousands of souls as a result. Even worse, i was at a point where i needed stupid amounts of souls to upgrade my character, so i was pretty much in a rut.
It's also very confusing and not very user-friendly until you get used to it.
But if all this doesn't scare you off, by all means dive in. Just don't rage or be surprised if you give up after the first (Phalanx-blob thing) boss.
