Demon's Souls server returning soon

With the PSN down, From Software took down the Demon's Souls server too. When the PSN returned, there was some concern that they'd just stay offline (DS Server is scheduled to be brought offline in October 7th 2011) since the date is semi-near. But if anyone was concerned, it'll be up in a few hours.

Yeah, the servers will be coming back up. PSN happened to come back early in the weekend, whereas none of us will be back in the offices until tomorrow. But sit tight and we'll have them up and running again soonish.

Id be excited about this, but i havent played Demons Souls in a while. Something about being owned by everything imaginable made me want to take a break...

I've been meaning to play Demon's Souls again, this time to actually complete it, so I'm happy this has happened.

I never really got into Demon's Souls. I've been meaning too, so maybe when it comes back online I'll roll up a new character and try to get into it.

You can play the game offline, you miss on a having a helper come in your game or an invader coming in your game - both really arent that great IMO

Well, I played Demon's Souls for a bit just moments ago and the servers are up. I'm from Europe, though, so dunno if they closed the servers only in US or something.

Yeah, I guess they're still down for Japan and the US.
