I was considering today all the crap that's been going on in my life over the past two years and how I really want to get away from it all. It got me thinking about the absolutely PERFECT vacation for me would boil down to four things:
1. Two months of no work.
2. Two months of no classes.
3. I would be far away from friends, family, and relationships.
4. I would bring my computer, a handheld system, and one console.
Why? Really the vacation would allow me to truly have two months without having to worry or think about anything. Plus, I'm kind of antisocial, and this would give me two months without anyone. Just me. Just my thoughts. Two months to relax both physically and mentally. (More importantly mentally.) I would of course have movies, music, and video games to keep me company, but beyond that, nobody else.
Now, I'm actually trying to find time to put this into motion (next summer is looking good) but it got me thinking, what would be an ideal vacation in other people's eyes? Tell me yours.
