Basically the idea is:
Suppose you were to create your own forum or board. What kind of theme would you have for the forum/board (The Escapist forum is mainly video games) How would you do moderation? If you were to make a board, what media would you have posted? (4chan is an image/text board).
I'd probably make a musician-oriented forum/board where people could post audio clips of their own songs (with a limit on length to discourage users from simply using it as a music file-sharing site).
