Design me a character for Fallout

A bit of an odd request granted, but I wish to make a run through of some 180 mods on Fallout 3 and knowing me I would take a few hours on the character creation screens. With just a name, gender, basic appearance (and maybe a little personality) I think it would be more fun to have people throw ideas at me.
Results will be posted on YouTube regardless.

I had quite a bit of fun with female character and the Chinese dragon stealth suit thing from Operation Anchorage. Completely breaks the game, but sneaking around while invisible and cutting people to pieces with an electrified sword never gets old...

Nothing feels more badass than walking through a town looking like a ninja, knowing you could kill everyone in town without anyone noticing.

I did a challenging build - Challenging for Fallout 3 in any case, since the game wasn't really designed to handle it the same way as the first two.

I did a suave fellow with really high charisma and intelligence, and perception, but no strength, endurance or agility.

He would charm everyone in town then steal everything out from under them while still being loved.

Unfortunately, the Karma system, and later Radscorpions, messed this run up. But it was still fun while it lasted.

I've never heard such an original idea. You sir should make a game about that, maybe set in some sort of post apocolyptic Las Vegas, you know, because of the gambling connotations of the Platinum chip.

you should use the alien hybrid mod on the fallout nexus

then play as an alien lifeform high inteligence and perception, low charisma and barter
uses energy weapons but no heavy armor

Intelligence at max, high carisma, high strength.. The rest is not so important..

This way you can charm people, get into every door and open any lock, and carry loadsa stuff and scare people solely from pure strength..

ps: explosive skills is utterly shit.

My favorite way to play is with high perception and agility, low endurance, average strength... focused on sneak, guns, and melee weapons with no armor.
Here's an idea: make him look like MC Chris, put a hood on him, and play "hoodie ninja" in the background...

Put all points into Intelligence, Perception and Agility, and put close to no points into Strength, and sneak your way through most of the game

ps: explosive skills is utterly shit.

The skill I found that was utterly shit was Barter. Making money was cake, and you could dump twenty skill points into it and Stimpacks would cost 31 caps instead of 33.

Tag guns, speech and repair.

Have the massive beard that you can get and mix it with the waster hair cut. Use one of the pre-set faces if you don't want to go through the whole face editing thing.

ps; Explosives may not be so useless with the Savage Wastelands, Wanderers Edition and Realistic Explosions mods on!
