The Escapist Fourth Annual Film Fest submission deadline is in less than a week and I'd imagine most people have submitted their series idea, or are heading to the editing rooms with them now. However, if you could design the perfect webseries (plot, characters, world around them, genre) what would you have happen to what kind of characters and why?
