A vault where every year, children from 13 to 18 years of age are entered into a raffle. 20 names are pulled out of said raffle, and the ones chosen must fight each other to the death. The children of the Overseer are excluded from this. The winner is releaved of all vault duties, and when there are 10 winners alive, they fight each other to the death. The winner of that becomes the next Overseer.
