does anyone else go to destructoid? thats one of my daily web checks and today when I went on it avast gave me a bunch of malaware blocked alarms, this happened to anyone else?

I put this in games since its a gaming website

I really dig the site, they give some great reviews.

And with the alarms, I'm not getting anything like that, nothing's out of the ordinary for me.

Im trying to decide if they were false positives or not since sometimes avast can be a bit bitchy altho considering I had to reformat because of some kinda nasty virus a few months ago Im a bit paranoid

It's because they're in the process of upgrading the forums at the moment. I don't know the technical details of it, but something about the user avatars is setting off a false-positive in most anti-virus software programs.

I got the alerts a while ago and then they stopped. Haven't got one since.

I go on destructoid first to get my gaming news. But lately their original content has taken a hit because Anthony Burch left to go work at gearbox. I loved his rev rants. Now they have...
