(WARNING: This topic may contain spoilers. If you haven't played the game you should probably avoid reading here altogether.)

I picked it up two days ago, have been engrossed ever since. So I'm curious what others experiences have been like.

Mine has been very satisfying. I've been looking for a title besides Metal Gear Solid where stealth is not only encouraged but rewarded. The rush you get when sneaking past a small army of heavily armed shock troops is unlike anything. My personal goal is to get through the entire game while avoiding combat unless absolutely necessary. So far, so good! I'm 3 to 4 hours in and haven't killed anyone except Barret. Everything else I have either snuck past, knocked out or tazered.

Augment upgrades have mostly been spent on energy charges and stealth cloak (this helps out a lot so far when avoiding laser beams... In fact I would say it's necessary if you don't plan on doing lots of hacking.) I also don't have to worry about upgrading my weapons and buying ammo with this approach, as well as save my inventory for food and energy restoring items.

So anyway, what has your playthrough been like? Are you the sneak-through-vents type? The trap laying hacker? Or did you augment Adam's wang into a grenade launcher and just blast through the opposition? What kind of conversation choices did you make? Are you the aggressive type or the smooth-talker who tries to get inside the person's head?

I was a Stealth/Hacker/Social hybrid. I just sneak by everyone or knock them out(Tranq gun is buggy, it kills on occasion), Hack the system to help me and talk my way past people.

Completed it and everything with no alerts. For those who have made it this far, I chose the 4th option.
