Vindictive much?

I don't give a rats patoot about the physical swag, but FFS I would sure like the ingame stuff.

Funny, this is one of the few games I would have bought the most expensive supreme collector's edition for...but I can't.

Oh well, as long as the game is as awesome as it looks I will suffer and mope my way through the lack of cool swag and ingame stuff. Hopefully the new Deus Ex is worthy of the original game, because Deus Ex: Invisible War wasn't really.

This region-exclusivity bullshit has got to stop. What do these stupid publishers have to gain from it?

Seeing as the extra mission is called 'Tongs Rescue' or summet...Theres a very strong hint who the cameo character appearance is going to be...

Still, a eu/Ausi exclusive! Gold star.

Ill probably still only get the (cheaper?) Augmented Edition since thats the one with the sniper rifle dont really care about the shotgun figure making of stuff.

For the record I definitely would not get the collectors edition and I may not even get the game considering there are more than enough games to buy and holding my breath for the relaunch of a game that has left a bad taste in my mouth may not be worth it in a year as packed with releases as this.

Not releasing them in North America is just plain dumb from a monetary perspective.

All collector's editions should come with soundtracks, imo.
Word.

I almost returned my New Vegas Collector's Edition because it didn't have a soundtrack; not even the original score. Blech.

It seems kinda weird that Square Enix will not be releasing the Deus Ex: Collector's Edition in America. It kinda irritates me as well that they did not give a reason as to why it is not being released. If they have a specific reason as to why it is not being released they should say so.

Yeah, Europe wins this time! Awesome, although I want everything but the figure.
You're safe, the augmented edition has everything but the figure.

OT: As much as it may annoy me how often europe gets ignored for the major collectors edition I hardly think reversing the principle is a sound strategy.

I'm not saying that I play with dolls like Dark Helmet [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMxTFqPET5I], but that Adam Jensen figure is pretty damn cool.
Okay it made me smile a little bit that we're really pathetically one upping you and I might just sell a kidney to buy the unber-duber-mechanical-surprise-inside edition of Dues Ex: Dance Dance Revolution to spite you. When it comes out but let?s face it Mr. Tito, If you get any more figures on that desk of yours it?s going to have to be declared its own country.

Edit
No wait I'm thinking of John Funk with his micro nation of Gundams, still, think about your kidneys, is Adam Jensen really worth a kidney?

US gets the game (and every other new game out there) early, the rest of the world gets the collectors edition. Seems fair?

Hold on, an AMERICAN is complaining that people abroad will be getting something he isn't from an entrainment industry product?!?

Consider it payback for DECADES of late film releases, late DVD releases, late game releases and crappy non-US Special Editions of games :p

EDIT: I forgot terrible non-US pre-order rewards, and sometimes NO non-US pre-order rewards.
EDIT2: Oh yeah, and game developers running competitions for cool ingame items or RL marketing swag that non-US residents can't even enter.

Probably still butthurt since it was mostly us "yanks" that thought FFXIII and FFXIV were steaming piles of dung.

Collectors Editions are such a rip-off. If I wasn't so worried about getting a copy on release day I wouldn't even pre-order. I don't want art booklets, disturbing busts, action figures (I don't have high-speed so I can't even get the pre-order DLC), just give me the fucking game.

You're sure the augmented edition has the mission pack and all those in-game weapons? Because I want those.
