Deus Ex Human Revolution Crashes

Hi, I'm playing Deus Ex on the 360 (it's the UK Limited Edition version with the Explosive Mission Pack) and I was wondering if anyone else has this bug...

On the last level (no spoilers) where you climb down into tunnel, avoiding the water and electricity, then you have to go up a stair case, at the end of the stair case (about one level I think) there is a fire door. As soon as I reach the second level and approach the fire door the game freezes.

I was playing it from my hard disc and I deleted it, ran from DVD, same problem, dropped all items, same problem. Has this effected anyone else?

In fact I can approach the fire door but as soon as I look at it to open it the game crashes.

I think I have found a way around it, if you can jump high you can jump up onto the storage crates (those outside at the start of the map) and onto a ledge which I think bypasses it.

I've finished most of the game, except 2/3 side quests and the 2 optional sections in the last level and it never crashed once. Explosive pack, 360 hard drive.

That was the only time it crashed for me. It's an amazing game.
