Recently I bought Deux EX: Complete.

First I installed it and it said a file was missing so I followed some advice I found online and copied the cd into a folder and ran set up from there. Now the it keeps asking me to insert the Deus EX CD into the computer and won't move on even though I have done so. I have tried to uninstall and start again but I am having problems doing that too.

What do I do?

edit, I've got it to work but for some reason I need to have the files copied from the cd itself or it won't work and will keep asking me where the disc is. Its weird but seeing as the game works now I won't argue.

Further edit - its stopped working altogether, it keeps asking for the disc but the disc is there. At this stage I have no idea what makes it worse. I'm starting to wish I just bought it on steam.

Just buy it on Steam; it's only ten more dollars, and it's certainly worth that.

Crack it.

If it's just an issue with it asking for the CD, I say just to crack it.

However Dues Ex Complete isn't actually an official thing. So you're probably the victim of some low cost cash in project >.>

If you can't get it working with a crack, raise hell about it for your money back...then buy it on steam.

We own a box of that, working perfectly fine. It looks very much like a real thing. I can't say anything about Invisible War becasue quite frankly, Invisible war !does not exist!.
Never. Happened.

But I agree, if it refuses to work despite you owning a legal copy, get a crack for it. That's what those website are for, working around the overprotective DRM in some games that keeps you from playing your legal copy.
