I can't say for certain but I've read lots of accounts that say EA is one of the worst companies to work for. Shit like 16 hour days with no overtime pay and a crunch period that can last a year. It's like something out of Indiana Jones and the temple of Doom.shatnershaman said:Wow I thought EA would pay high and that was a myth from EA haters but its true they really are evil.Decoy Doctorpus said:Please pay your staff?
I don't think Bungie get to choose what medium their games are released on - Microsoft do. And Halo Wars is being made by Ensemble Studios.Khell_Sennet said:Second on Bungie, but for different reasons.
Bungie completely ignores the PC user demographic. I will NOT install Vista just so I can play Halo 2, and I won't buy a console I abhor just to continue a game series. Halo Wars not coming to PC didn't help matters either.
Dude, bungie listens to their fans load. Alomst everything that was wrong with Halo 2 was at least not as wrong/fixed in halo 3. Also why do you abhor the 360 it's as good as a wii or a ps3. And Halo Wars isn't made by bungie, it's made by some other developerKhell_Sennet said:Second on Bungie, but for different reasons.

Seeing as Bungie started as a Mac developer and then, after the Microsoft buyout, had a hand in the hardware design of the first Xbox (the Dolby surround sound was included least in part due to Bungie's direct pleading and breath-holding tantrums, for example) it may be reasonable that they'd skip the PC market. Or not, I guess, depending upon your point of view.Johnn Johnston said:I don't think Bungie get to choose what medium their games are released on - Microsoft do. It's the game buyers fault. If they would buy more games on the Wii it would be easier for developers to get interesting projects approved. While the Wii is selling like hotcakes...games on the Wii, except for party games and Nintendo games, don't sell.Decoy Doctorpus said:That's not really Nintendo's fault though is it? I mean they don't control 3rd party developers.Larmo said:Nintendo hasn't been listing really well lately at E3 there was nothing that appealed to the hardcore gamer other than the motion plus in my opinion I'M TIRED of going to a game store looking at Wii games and finding all shovelware and licensed crap
yup and anyone who was a PAL gamecube owner back in the day would remember praying every night for Animal Crossing. then forking out for an australian PAL one before Nintendo said 'oh what the heck, europe can join in the AC fun' when everyone had imported it already.thevoiceofdog said:the mother 3 fiasco is enough to accuse nintendo 10 times over... seriously, fans have taken every damn measure to let nintendo know that this is what they want and they ignore it, even the freakin' VC releases. even EA would've translated it already, that's how messed up this is.
