"Yup, it is. Like it?" Taylor smiled, and said, after which he fastened his steps until he reached a house which he entered, using a key that he had. When entering the door, he looked back at Jaida.
"Well, I guess that now that we're here, you guys don't need me. Jaida, if you have no place to go to, you can come in. I have plenty of room here," he said, looking up the outer wall of the building, rubbing his nose and looking at the three of them, smiling.
I know, I'm just being kind and putting that out there for other who don't understand it. My posts do tend to be a little confusing to follow so i usually try to take precautions to help others understand.
"Thank you very much, i may need to take you up on your offer." Jaida said ashe stepped in. Looking around, she thought the house was pretty good, not great but it beat sleeping in a cave. "I'll just leave my stuff here, Okay?" she said as she dropped her duffle bag on the floor in the corner.
"Now...what do you think we should do next? Go looking for Alistar? Alistor? McAlister? ...I forgot his name..." She said looking up in confusion before looking at the others.
Damien shrugged. "Nice place. Anyway, I'm going to head off to Alistor's house. If you plan on staying here, do you mind if Rose stays here? I really don't feel like bringing her along with me, then having to find some demon snacking on her after I leave for a minute."
"Sure," Taylor replied, smiling like always. He crossed his arms.
"I don't have anything that valuable. I don't believe she'd steal anything, though," he said, laughing and scratching the back of his head.
"I've built my house to be a bit more stronger than a regular house. I believe that in this village, and in this house, she'll be safe enough."
As Rose stepped inside the house, and the two of them talked about something the other two couldn't hear, Taylor closed the door.
"Well, I guess we three can go look for Alistor," he said, waiting for agreement, and then walking very slowly, for the others to turn around and start walking. As they did, Taylor swiftly put his left hand back, towards the door, and the door, for a brief moment, flashed with a blue aura, which disappeared as soon as it had appeared. His left arm, from one part, shaped like a narrow but curvy line, also glowed with blue-colored aura.
"Hmph," he said, summoning a half-smile, as he started walking to reach Jaida and Damien, just as Jaida turned around, and asked "Hey, you coming?"
Taylor replied with a simple "Yes, yes, of course," as he quickly ran to the two.
"Alright...now how do we find this McAlistor? Should we ask around or..." Jaida said to the other two. Before they could even respond she turned her back on them both and walked up to a local villager.
"Excuse me, do you know where McAlistor is?"
The villager turned to her, slightly confused, and said, "I know of an Alistor, is that who you mean?"
"No, i mean McAlistor."
"There's noone named McAlistor here in this village."
"What do you mean?"
"I mean there's noone named McAlistor here. There's Alistor who lives over there..." He pointed in some direction that jaida wasn't paying attention to, "...but there's no McAlistor here."
"Well he should be since the little rumor said to meet him here."
"Oh, so you are talking about alistor."
"No i'm not, i'm talking ABOUT MCALISTOR!" Jaida said, shouting it out, her mind not conecting the fact that the McAlistor she thought about and Alistor were the same person.
While they watched this display with Disgust/Nervousness, Damien feeling the former and Taylor the latter, Taylor leaned over to Damien and asked, "Should it tell her that i know where Alistor is now or after she's finished?"
Damien looked at him and said, "why don't we just leave her here and go to alistor now?.", more stating then asking.
"Well, it would be rude to leave her here..." Taylor started to say before Jaida and the villager's voices became too loud to talk over.
"JUST TELL ME WHERE MCALISTOR IS!"
"THERE IS NO MCALISTOR!"
Jaida just looked at the villager, trying to decide if she should beat the crap out of this guy or just ask someone else. "You know what? Forget it.", She said as she walked away back towards the others. "Well that didn't help."
Taylor looked at jaida, picking up that she didn't understand, and said, "Um, Jaida, i know where McAlistor is..."
"You do? Seriously? Well then take me please." She said.
They finally started walking, Taylor leading the way, to Alistor's house, arriving a few minutes later.
Sorry if i didn't represent your character right. Also, wanted to rush us along to Alistor's house and get this plot going.
Damien noticed the door. "Well, it would be rude to just barge in, but..." He knocked on the door. The third time, he hit it so hard that the gate flew open. "If the door just accidentally opens, and i walk in, I can't be blamed, right?" He said with a laugh. "Hellloooo! Alistor! You home?" Noticing Jaida about to yell at him, he said "You do realize the person we are looking for is named Alistor, not McAlistor, correct?
Pretty good, but i think there's a typo. you have Taylor saying he knows where damien is, instead of Alistor.
Taylor turned his head quickly, and looked at Jaida first.
"Yeah, his name is Alistor Lelhome. I can only make guesses why you'd add 'Mc' to the beginning," Taylor said, his face smiling widely, and for a short moment, blurted "Hah" out.
He saw that Jaida raised her arm and started to talk, but Taylor looked at Damien.
"So, he isn't here. If we want to search for him, we oughta split up, it's easier finding him," Taylor suggested, handing the two of them wristbands, which had a curious little mechanism on it.
"We can use these to keep communication," he said, and understanding from Jaida and Damien's faces what they wanted to ask, he replied.
"A really close person to me gave me these years ago. They're very hard to break, but please, try to keep them in one piece. You can never be too careful."
Me? Nervousness?! *runs into a wall headfirst, after screaming "SPAAARTAAAA!"
I thought Alistor was supposed to be here already, that we didn't have to search for him...alright, fine, i'll go for it. Give me a hour/day to think about what i'll post.
Well, I thought Damien already said that he wasn't, but I now realized there could've been a way he could've been there. Well, what's done that's done.
Since for the last three days i haven't come up with any search ideas i'm just going to havbe jaida look in and hope to god Alistor's in there.
Jaida looked at them and took her watch thingy. "Whatever, i'm still calling him McAlistor," She remarked as she put on her watch thing, "Thanks for the watch thingy. Also, did you guys bother to actually look inside to see if he was here? We haven't even gone through the front door yet to check...I'm going in."
She then approached the front door and looked inside.
Is Alistor in there or not? Please don't tell me that we have to go searching for him. I specifically worded this to avoid any searching oppertunities. That and i think we've annoyed the living hell out of everyone (not so bad when you think about it, since any living hell inside of them will and has been taken out of them) by stalling this much.
Jack opened one eye revealing it be be as red as blood at the sound of the door opening. "Jack wake up we have company." Jack opened his other eye. "Good day friends" Jack spoke to the Jaida and the group.
First, who is whoever told you "Jack wake up we have company".
Second, why are you in Alistor's house?
And third, we have already looked a bit around the house, you could describe a bit better when and from where you come out of.
Alistor creped into the room with all the commotion, his sword drawn as he slowly taps the small of Damien's back. He feels the cold touch of steel and comes to the realisation that Alistor was home.
"If you hit the door so hard it flies open, then you owe me a new door."
The others turn startled at the new presence, and look at the man who called them here, he certainly didn?t look like the man to lead and attack on the demon world. He was old, withered and covered it cut and ticks from a lifetime of sparring with swords. Much to the relief of Damien Alistor took the sword away from his back and leaned his sword against a close wall, his expression lightening.
"I trust you have all responded to my call and you believe yourself capable enough fighters to handle yourself against a devil. I can't promise you will survive this ordeal, but know if you don't your life will not have been ended in vain. I will not hold you here against your own will; feel free to leave now if you don't want to take these risks."
Alistor smiles and leads the group into a room with a fire crackling and chairs ready for guests.
"Please take a seat as I explain to you just how we will wage this war."
Alistor took a seat in the chair closest to the crackling fire, letting the heat wash over him as he gazed into the dancing embers.
"Word has recently reached me that an old friend of mine has found a way to banish these demons. While as far as I'm aware I am the only person not directly involved that knows about this, but I'm sure that world will soon reach the devils, and they will not sit idly by and let this happen. This is where we come in, we will need to reach the site of the ritual, protect those involved with the ritual and most importantly we need to find one vital ingredient. The blood of a Devil. We won't need to find it, as soon as they know of our plans it will come to us."
Alistor broke his stare from the fire and tried to read the faces of the group he had gathered.
"Any questions, prayers or last requests?"
Sorry about being so late with all this. I've been swamped with school work over the last few weeks, I just haven't had the time to write this up. It's all sorted now and things should continue faster from now on.
As Taylor heard Alistor turning to them, and asking a question, he took notice.
"I don't know if this is too much to ask, but what kind of ritual it exactly is?" he asked, looking briefly in the fire, and then at Alistor.
Jaida looked at jack in a very WTF fasion. "What? ...you shall nothing of my existance...eh? That's bad grammer, that is. You should have payed attention to your teacher in school." She said, the thought of a demon being assosiated with jack just going over her head (she's not a ditz, she just doesn't notice the obvious things though on the plus side she can remember really obscure things).
Jaida then turned to alistor and asked, "So, McAlistor, how much blood do we need? Does it need to come from a specific demon?"
