Aside from being stuck as playing as Tommy Wiseau's Long lost brother now while Dante is off making Marvel Vs Capcom 3..well, i'm more or less willing to wait for a few more trailers. BUT, i will have to ask...if this is indeed a prequel, what are we gonna have in place of the Devil Trigger?

If i remember, he doesn't get that till the third game so....yeah, is it gonna be completely left out or are we gonna have something to replace it with? I just ask as it is a rather key part of Devil May Cry and all..so if he DOES get it without a damned good explanation, I will be more pissed then when i played Sonic 2006.

As it was mentioned before, they are rebooting the series and probably taking bits and pieces from the different games and using them to manifest a more dynamic and whole project. With that in mind, we can only cross our fingeres that they will also include something as valuable as the devil trigger or perhaps manifest something in its place.

Besides the fail with the new Dante design, we don't know anything. So we'll have to wait until they tell us more, maybe the game itself will be really good.

The possibility is always out there, so i'm hoping that we are to see an epic game!

No-one else thinks he'll end up as classic Dante by the end of the DMC reboot game?

The Oh-so-conspicuous white panda patch in his hair will spread over the course of the game, and the fans will end up with what they want?

Maybe with a bit more background and character development?

Maybe Team Ninja may have an idea as to what they are doing?

Being a game developer / artist must suck, because the fanbase only want what they've already got, just more and prettier.

quit honestly, i wouldn't mind it, if they just didn't insist on called it DMC. it looks ok, but it doesn't look like the old DMC at all. at least DMC nero looked so similar it didn't have too much effect, all that changed was a few gameplay mechanics (which i welcomed and enjoyed). but this just... it just doesn't look appealing to me. ima wait for more footage, but handing the game over to team ninja aswel, just doesn't seem like a step forward at all =[
