Pft, dinosaurs are all well and good, but I see a severe lack of pirates and/or ninjas. Just fucking pitiful how pirates/ninjas aren't given even a hint of representation in this game. Ponies could be an interesting addition as well, but fuck it, Total War: Shogun 2 had motherfuckin' ninjas, so I see no logical reason why Battlefield can't partake in some ninja-ness! Pirates, meh.
OT: Really though, this is really awesome. Makes me want to support DICE even more, though I will probably wait for Battlefield 3 to go on sale on STEAM like I do with all my PC games.

Oh believe me, I wish I had the disposable income, I would buy most of my games at full price if I could to support the developers. I only buy console games new as it takes much too long for even used games to come down in price, and even then I try to borrow as many games as I can from my friends.bahumat42 said:

I reeeeaaallly hope Battlefield 3 does better than MW3, it damn well deserves to. Not just because of this, of course, but... just look at that engine trailer.

Modern Warfare 3 won't be a bad game, necesarily, because while it looks insultingly similiar to MW2, I still enjoyed MW2. It's just when compared with how much effort DICE have clearly put into making BF3 one of the best experiences around, it looks worse. So much worse.
Go BF3. A couple of months ago, reading about how EA wanted to tackle CoD head-on, I was thinking 'What? Haha, good luck with that...', but now.... it might, just might happen. I damn hope it does. After watching both games E3 demos, BF3 has easily risen to the top of my list of games to get this year, while Call of Duty has fallen off entirely.
After seeing that it's exactly the fucking same as it's predecessor, MW2, I feel insulted that Infinity Ward feel like they can just do that and it'll still sell. At least Black Ops tried to be different, and it partially payed off. I'm not getting MW3 at all, as much as I hate to abandon Soap/Price and their story.
In other news, Elder Scrolls V comes out 3 days after Call of Duty does.
