I enjoy a good Imax movie for a multitude of reasons (the much bigger screen, the better audio, the comfy chairs, cup holders that are big enough for your cup, that type of thing), but I noticed this past week that for the three Imax theatres in my city (Montreal, home of the Imax) ticket prices have just gone down from being 16$Can normally to being 8$Can on Tusedays or any other day before 6PM.
This means that, outside of prime time screenings and Tuesday (where normal ticket prices are cut in half) Imax is just 2$ more expensive then a regular movie ticket.
Did this happen anywhere else, or is it just here?
