Yes you can pirate Steam single player games, but not multiplayer ones, which make up nearly all of their roster. On top of that they are a lot harder to crack than other games, leaving tons of problems for those who download the cracked version.Hopeless Bastard said:... If you had ever read a standard EULA (that started coming with console games about halfway through last generation) you'd know that you never had any rights to the product. Ever.
Steam changed exactly dick beyond making a few otherwise completely oblivious people slightly more aware of the aforementioned. Which confused a lot of people into thinking valve/steam was actually doing something new (apart from the whole digital thing obviously).
