I'm 23 and I still kinda play-act as certain video game characters (and I don't just mean talking to my TV/ handhelds in a specific character's voice).

But when I was a kid I used to play act as all sorts of characters like Johnny Cage, Ryu (Street Fighter), Guile (same), etc. When I lived in an apartment as a younger kid (7 or 8) I used to take my big wheel down a big-ass hill. I would Road Rash that run too, I once knocked a friend off of his big wheel and it was freaking great.

I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favorite thread of the evening.

I'm nineteen and I still pretend I'm a video game character from time to time. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

I'm 29, and I once went as Mario for Halloween when I was like 9 and my friend went as Luigi.
I also remember my friends and I pretending that the playground equipment were the airships from Super Mario Bros. 3.

I was Meowth for Halloween in 4th grade. A friend of mine was Charmeleon and we wanted to do a mock pokemon fight, but the teacher actually thought it was going to be a real fight between kids.

I kinda wish I could crossplay as Reimu from Touhou, now that the cosplay thing got brought up at the beginning of the thread. Since she's a video game character, and I like crossplay, why the hell not? Then I have to remind myself I don't really have another chance to go to anime conventions anymore, and this Halloween already has my EMily costume waiting for it. Maaaaybeee.... I could do EMily... AND Reimu. Hehhehehehehehe.... >
