One of the good parts about going through my manic depression phases is sleep comes really easy.

No, I didn't. I was very comfortable and about to pass out but I thought I heard an odd sound, which woke me up. :(

I slept, it wasn't good though...I almost fell asleep again a few hours after I woke up...now I am shit tired...shit tired, does that make any sense or am I just throwing in profanity for the hell of it?

No, I didn't. See, my university isn't exactly generous to it's students. Our mattresses are probably ancient and, as such, are rife with allergens. I woke up 4 hours after falling asleep barely able to breath.

For the first time since moving into my new home, yes, yes I did.

Usually, and more apparent in the last several months, I don't/haven't been sleeping well. Or, I've had troubles falling asleep. I generally can't stop thinking or analyzing several things in my life, which keep me alert, which in turn makes it difficult to fall asleep. Plus, my internal clock is completely backwards, also making it difficult to fall asleep at an acceptable time.

Nope. I had to do a history essay which I had left for the lat minute again. Got to bed at 2.30am and then I found it hard to get to sleep after that.

I got a bunch of sleep but as usual the quality was absolute rubbish. No matter how much I sleep, I don't feel rested in the morning.

Nah. Had a fever and was coughing for 3 hours before I finally got to sleep. And I had to wake up at 11 for a moped driver license test. Which I failed :(
