I refer to the post where I said "That is not what I meant". I'm not talking about life's continuation, that will go on regardless, I'm talking about how his last wish was wasted, and how the fact that he was obviosuly having protected sex dispels that argument anyway.
At least I HOPE he was, otherwise a kid would have to grow up knowing his dad died when he was 15, moments after the child him/herself was concieved.

OP: No. No, no, no. There's no legally binding contract saying that a last wish must be fufilled. If it's as crazy and illegal as that, the simple answer should be no.

I think if someone has a 99% chance of dying before the reach the age limit for a vice I think it should be written into law that its okay.

Seriously, assuming no one goes to jail how can it be a bad thing? The age limit is 16 is lots of countries and 14 in other. Sex is a good, natural human experience.

everyone has their dying wish. this kid had sex, as most 15 yr old males do when they're not getting it. i have something different, as i'm sure you do as well. just let the kid have his wish granted without getting flamed for it.

I think it is fine. The kid got laid before he died. I say good for him. I actually think if is a very grounded idea. The kid knew he had only a little time left, knew he couldn't really do anything left with his time, so he said "F*** it" and he did.

This kid was 15 and dying, he wasn't going to achieve something epic in the time he had left so why not experience to touch of a woman before he karked it?

Honestly, I think it's a great idea. legal implications aside. Sex is one of the most enjoyable things I can think of (even better than bacon butties!)

I'm honestly glad that they went ahead with it, but I am wondering why it's in the media? I'd have kept it quiet, let the kid have his fun, and keep the details to yourself. especially when it's such a questionable subject.

I've really gotta agree with this.
Sex is such a minor, small part of life. Sure it's nice, but I would be far more concerned with how I spent my final moments with family and friends, rather then getting 'lucky'. It just seems like a waste.

On the other hand, remember, the kid was only 15. Puberty hits and sex is suddenly on the fore-front of your mind.
