Besides, he still had hands right? He wasn't totally without sexual experience. I don't really think sex is much better than that alternative, unless you're doing it with someone you really love - so I think he wished for the wrong thing, but I wouldn't have stopped him.

Still, he was fifteen and wasn't exactly unexpected once you take that into account. There's more to life than sex, but it's easy saying that once you've experienced it. For someone who spent their life in hospital, away from all the other children it's not so easy to dismiss it.
Still, poor lad. I'm kind of glad he got his last request. There's a part of me that's saying it's wrong and such, but it's kind of hard to argue against last requests from a moral standpoint when the most 'terminal' thing I've encountered was breaking my toe.
