The Mass Effect games suffer from this as well. Enemy AI ignores the shit out of squad mates and focus almost entirely on you, and squad mate AI get themselves killed on such a regular basis that they might as well not even be there.Benpasko said:I hated how Fallout 3 and NV handled difficulty. The Overload skill becomes almost entirely needed on insanity... which is restricted to one class. Can't even get it as a bonus power. Infiltrators can hold their own in ME2 and 3 simply due to Tactical Cloak, until said dumb squad mates get killed... then all of a sudden all enemies can see you magically, no matter what.
BioWare's decent at storytelling, but horrible at game play balances.
