Disney buys Marvel

im not sure if this has been talked about but i recently saw the news, and it seems Disney bought Marvel and all there characters. Any thoughts?

I guess it may ruin Marvels credibility with its older audience a bit, but I can't say i'm too bothered about it myself. Marvel is hugely popular as it is, so Disney would be very foolish to screw around with the Marvel universe too much.
