It will be callled Vaiana in Germany.
Why? - I don't know!

We have a habit of renaming and translating movie titles incorrectly.
For example Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl is called "Fluch der Karibik" in Germany, that translates to: Curse of the Caribbean.
Live Free or Die Hard became Stirb langsam 4.0 (Die Hard 4.0).

As for Disney:

Frozen = Die Eisk?nigin - V?llig unverfroren (The Icequeen - utter blatant (it's a pun in German, doesn't work in English))

Closer to the name of the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale then the modern English title but the pun... urgh... not even sure why it needed one.

Tangled = Rapunzel - Neu verf?hnt (Rapunzel - recently blow dried (another pun in German, doesn't work in English))

The main title is of course the actual name of the Grimm fairy tale which is good. However the pun is so... urgh... they probably had to add it in order to get a trademark protection. I get it... still urgh...

Zootopia = Zoomania

Apparently a Utopia is not a thing in Germany... YES IT FUCKING IS!
Anyway the opted for a mental condition... the flying fuck.

Big Hero 6 = Baymax

The Big Hero 6 comic is really not a thing in Germany. But they could have used that to make it a thing... nope...

Does it matter? There'll be porn of this Moana within a year anyway, given that Rule 34 is a thing.
Why in the world would you think it'll take a year? I give it a week from the release day, tops. (And that's assuming someone hasn't made it already.)
Hence why I said "within" a year - I'm covering my arse in the slight chance that Rule 34 takes longer to be applied.
i have a feeling there are up already some may be as far back as a bit after when the movie was announced
