Display upside down, can't find solution

I got Kana Little Sister, tried to play it, but it flipped my screen upside down. Now, I tried to put the game in windowed mode so that I don't have to flip my laptop, but after I tried the game crashed and I am now completely unable to bring my screen back to normal.

I tried restarting (like I did before trying to play in windowed mode) it did nothing.
I tried CTRL+ALT+Arrow key. Nothing.
I tried Desktop->Properties->Settings->Advanced to get to rotation options, but there is no way for me to get to it as the option to fiddle around with the graphics card is quite literally non-existent.

By the way, I'm writing all of this on said upside-down screen, so I'd REALLY appreciate any help.

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO COMMENTED. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS REINSTALL THE GRAPHICS CARD FROM THE DEVICE MANAGER, RESTART, REINSTALL MY DRIVERS AND I WAS ABLE TO ROTATE THE SCREEN.

Have you unplugged the monitor, waited a few minutes, and plugged it back in again?

Ummm past reinstalling the drivers, I'm not sure what else I would try in that case. But yeah, try reinstalling/updating drivers.

If the game caused the problem, then it is a software issue. To confirm this, try to boo tinto safe mode. If the picture is still upside down, it is not a driver problem but something a little more fundamental.

If you can, hook up an external monitor via VGA or HDMI or whatevr your laptop will support. This way you can see what you are doing. Navigate to the device manager and update your driers for your display and graphics card. If you have the latest, uninstall then reinstall.

Also try setting your system BIOS to the factory default. Might help, who knows.

Failing this, try restoring Windows to a restore point from before you got the game.

Thanks. I'm in Safe Mode now (my neck is praising that decision) and the picture is right side up. Iwill try the methods you recommend.

Hm maybe your laptop is upside down and it's not the computers fault. I'm sorry I only did that because the problem is solved and I saw you were on a laptop
