Dissidia Duodecim: Trailer Leaked!

Well this trailer wasn't supposed to come out until the 28th but it looks like someone got it early. Figured I'd link it for all of the Dissidia fans out there.


The game's still looking fantastic. Yuna from Final Fantasy X has been confirmed as playable, using summons to fight. It also seems like we're getting Prische from Final Fantasy XI and Gilgamesh from Final Fantasy V as well.

How do you guys feel about the new characters? Anyone else you're still hoping for?

We want Locke...well I do anyway and Seymour...maybe some others too, like Garnet from IX or Bartandalus from XIII (after all Lightning needs an enemy) also...why the hell has Tidus taken his top off, wow, want this game too much tbh, gonna be amazing...we're getting too much love for VII at the moment, throw in different characters to balance it out, we don't need more story for just Cloud

I can understand putting in Tifa and Yuna. They're popular characters and the game could use more girls on the good side, plus both have a distinctive fighting style (martial arts for Tifa and summons for Yuna).

But why Laguna Loire? Maybe he's popular in Japan, but what is his moveset going to be? 'Shoot gun' and 'throw grenade', because those are his only notable attacks in FFVIII. Put in someone like Rinoa instead, who is more recognizable and has more interesting gameplay possibilities.

And why, oh why did they pick the worst, least interesting protagonist from FFXII?
