DLC Blues

okay..so..umm...I transferred my profile from my dying xbox to a new xbox. And low and behold..2 years of Mass Effect 2 DLC got locked into my BROTHER'S profile. ALl that DLC...GONE.

Including my pre-order bonuses.

I called xbox live but their response was essentially: "herp-a-derp, you're gonna have ta buy it again" (bitter? Little bit)

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

PS: Captcha...is...is that word even...is that NORDIC!?

I've transferred my profile around tonnes of times, and I've never experienced anything like this before. Are you sure you didn't buy them on your brothers profile in the first place?

I can re-download anything I buy on my profile wherever I want, on any console I move my profile to. If it's different for you then something has gone wrong somewhere...
