Pokemon poop while they're in their pokeballs. Because everyone knows there are little luxury suites in pokeballs.
The ones that don't go in pokeballs, like Pikachu in the series, just go behind a bush when no one's looking.

Obviously.

Yes I think they do poop. The only evident I can think of this was in one of the pokemon chronicle episode (filler episodes that doesn't feature Ash and co). The episode was Gaey Oak now taking the professor role was in some island with other and they resurrected a Aerodactyl. The Aerodactyl run amok and escape.
They decided to lure it out with its favourite food. They analysis its dung which was called "pellet" and found out what they ate (it was berries which again lead to another question if they ever eat meat?).
So unless somehow they Pokemon hav evolve so they no longer poo then for now I assume that all or most Pokemon do poo.

Well, considering the games don't come with any system to feed the Pokemon, I think it's only logical that they wouldn't have to poo, either.
By that logic, none of the characters eat, drink, sleep or excrete. Or for that matter, age, procreate, get diseases, grow, etc

EDIT: You do get pokemon eggs, so presumably they must have sex..?

Yeah they poo, but they do it in the form of attacks. What did you think mud slap actually involved mud? Oh you poor naive fool.

As for the TV series...I know I've seen them eat before, but never poo. Perhaps it's the video game system of digestion, where you never see it happen (or any facilities in which it can be taken care of) but it's always well taken care of, anyway.
In the newest ones you can feed them.

What happens if you never teach your pokemon said move? Does it slowly swell and eventually use self-destruct in a shower of excrement?

Probably, but the real question is, are there carnivorous pokemon that eat other pokemon? Garydos eating horseas, for example?

Poo is actually not used food. But they eat special pokemon food. Maybe that digests totally in their body. But another thing. I never saw any other animals in the show. So where does there meat come from, because they do eat burgers. Do they eat miltanks.

Yep, they poo even if they don't show it. And let's be honest here, do you really want to see that?
I'm sure you could type certain stuff on google and it would show a picture of pikachu taking a dump on Ashes chest.

In the first few episodes of the first season there were some real animals - fish in fishtanks, a worm a pidgey is eating, etc. Perhaps the whole planet turned vegetarian?

Also, this thread is completely hilarious. Keep it up people :')

This sounds like the same thing as are pokemon mammals.

Anyway, I think they do, cause i think in one game someone mentioned something about using his pokemon as fertilizing machines.
