So, I've always been a bit of a collector at heart my whole life.

Whenever I play video games, I always strive for 100% completion, when I feel I can actually attain it.

When I used to play card games, I'd always try to obtain the full sets of certain cards. (I still have a complete collection of Unhinged cards from my Magic: the Gathering days)

Pokemon is my favorite RPG (all 151 in Pokemon Red). I think you get the picture.

Anyways, I recently got back into Beast Wars: Transformers, and have just finished my collection of toys based on characters in the show (just waiting for Scorponok to arrive in the mail), plus the complete series on Dvd.

So, do any of you have a soft spot for collecting?

I do. I collect:

007 stuff
Baseball and Basketball cards
Comic Books
Glass Egg shaped paperweights
marbles
Rocks
Ladies phone numbers

I used to collect stickers. Not of any particular kind. Just any old random ones I got my hands on. Have them in an old shoe box somewhere too :3

I used to collect baseball cards, but it has been 10 yearsish since I've shown any interest in baseball at all.

I collect old electronics. They usually don't have any use but sometimes come in handy like when I needed a touch screen and my broken ds was lying around.

I love me some Deadpool comics, but that's about it, really. I used to collect Warhammer 40K Chaos Space Marines as well, but haven't done so in a few years.

I collect lost guitar picks. Or... rather, I lose an infinite amount of guitar picks.

Oddly, I collect these little plastic animals. Only from this one manufacturer though, I just don't remember what it is at the moment. I know I can get them from Target though, which is why I don't go to Target anymore. I'll buy them almost compulsively.


I've now got three horses (two draft horses and a saddle horse of some kind), a cow, a wolf, a couple of tigers and a tiger cub, a lioness, and a couple of others now. They sit on my guitar amp, or keyboard, or shelf. They move around a bit.

I collected Pokemon when I was a child, but I don't collect anything these days.

I don't buy stuff with the intent of collecting, but since I have:
- 300+ mangas on my shelves
- boxes of old comics
- lots of video games (some of them still under wrap)
- 3 guitars, 2 basses, 1 mandolin and 1 violin
- piles of yet unwatched DVD/Blurays
I think I'm de facto collecting stuff.

I used to collect plush toys when I was younger. They're still lurking around in my parents' attic somewhere, as far as I know. I should probably donate those to like an orphanage or a kindergarten or something one of these days.
