Last night i was sorting my games for my usual lists.. The "Finish at all cost" list, the "finish singleplayer" list and the "to be played" list, and i noticed that my "to be played" list was getting pretty damn long. I noticed that i hardly ever complete a game.

I play them, yes, but only for 5 or 6 hours before i get a new one.

So what do you guys, girls and trolls do? Do you finish every game you have? (that includes every f'ing achievement)

No, they complete me.

Zing!

OK seriously, it depends. Story driven games, you bet your ass I do. Mass Effect got multiple completions.

Games with a broader scope and more freedom, like Oblivion... rarely. The lack of direction fails to inspire a full playthrough in me.

As for achievements, hell no. I get them if they're fun and doable, but the absurdly hard ones like flag collection in Assassin's Creed that aren't even enjoyable to complete can go screw themselves.

lol no, damn publishers release too many that I want to allow me the time to do that!! I mean I've hardly played Deus Ex and Heroes 6 comes out in a few days :S Then I'll get to play BF3 for like a month before MW3 hits! (which will only last until Skyrim come out... etc etc etc!)

So no, I do not. I prefer multilayer games, that way there is no real end and I don't feel bad about not finishing them :D

I complete all my games .... Eventually . At the begining of the year i had 50+ games i have to finish and/or play to the end . Right now 9 months latter i have about 20 games left including the games that i bought this year too . I'm a console gamer so i have hard copies are all my games no steam sales for me ( thank god ). But i decided this year that i'm goi g to finish all my games i have played/finish no matter how boring/bad they are *stares at madworld and metroid other M*. Right now i'm playing sakura wars so long my love , and i'm bored to death but i'm 3/4 of the way through. Perseverance is the key. Since gaming is my only hobby i owe it to myself and the hard earn cash i spent to play and finish every game, even if sometimes it feels more like work than fun. Tis the life of a true gamer * victory pose* .( if you ever played sakura wars :so long my love you'd know why i did that.)
