I don't think I'm particularly recognised beyond the username and the avatar, after a while you get to know people's opinions but I don't think I'm a big enough poster for that really.

I think that my avatar is memorable enough that people would probably think that "Hey, it's that idiot I saw with the dancing Conan O'Brien avatar!". I've also been on the site's forums longer than a lot of others (but still shorter than a lot, too), even if my post count doesn't really reflect it.

That said, it'd sort of be nice to feel recognised.

Is that who Conan O'Brien is? Wow.

Anywho, I think some people know me (or my avatar, same thing really) but I wouldn't consider myself well known in the same way that, say, TimeLord is well known

I'd be surprised if anyone knows me. I don't think I've ever done anything or had an interesting enough avatar in my time here to gain acknowledgement.

I seem to recognize every other avatar in this thread, so I'm not gonna go and list who I do or don't know. Due to my hazy memory, I don't remember a whole lot more about people than their avatar.

I actually do remember people though i can't usually recall any fine details other than 'i know that username'. I tend to remember names better than faces as well. Not a very visual person. I don't believe i'm highly recognized cuz i'm not as hilarious as others nor am i particularly argumentative.


I tend to recognize people i've 'friended' i don't usually send one out unless you said or did something i approved of. Feel special.

The way I recognize people is generally by their avatar although sometimes I do recognise a name as well.

I think most fame I could acquire kind of gets shaken off every time I change my avatar. Many people have told me though that my name is really recognizable though.
